Posting a request and receiving quotes is free for requesters. You only pay the supplier you choose, at the price you agree in their quote.

It reads your description, picks the right category, drafts a step-by-step scope of works, estimates a fair NZ$ price range, and asks you clarifying questions before the job goes out — so suppliers quote against a clear brief.

Nobody. Suppliers only see your suburb and city while quoting. Your street address and contact details unlock to a single supplier — the one whose quote you accept.

Suppliers register the categories they work in and the areas they cover. Your request is only sent to suppliers whose service area includes your city or suburb.

Yes. Every supplier has a private in-app thread with you, and can propose an on-site inspection time. No other supplier can see that conversation.

Every uploaded file is scanned for malware before it can be downloaded, filenames and text files are stripped of contact details, and blocked files are logged and can be permanently purged by our team.

Keeping communication on the platform protects both sides — it gives you a record of what was agreed, keeps notifications flowing, and lets us step in if something goes wrong. Contact details in messages are automatically removed.

Create an account, choose the supplier role, and complete your business profile with your categories and service areas. You'll start receiving matching requests straight away.

Email, SMS and in-app alerts when your request goes live, when a quote arrives, when you get a message, and when an inspection time is proposed. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Aigent Services is nationwide. Coverage in any given suburb depends on the suppliers registered for that area — and it grows every week.
