By creating an account on Aigent Services you agree to these terms.
Our role
Aigent Services is a marketplace. Contracts for work are between the requester and the supplier. We provide the platform, AI scoping assistance and communication tools; we do not perform the services or guarantee outcomes.
Requesters
Provide accurate job information, respond to suppliers in good faith, and pay the supplier you accept according to the quote agreed.
Suppliers
Hold the licences, certifications and insurance required for the work you quote on, keep your service areas and categories accurate, and honour the price and scope you submit.
Keeping communication on-platform
Contact details must not be exchanged in messages or attachments before a quote is accepted. Attempts to take a job off-platform are logged and may result in the account being disabled.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading or abusive content, no malware, and no attempts to access other users' data. Uploaded files are scanned and may be blocked or permanently deleted.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish changes on this page. New Zealand law applies.
