Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Aigent Services collects and how we use it, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), job details you post, business details if you register as a supplier, messages and attachments exchanged on the platform, and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To match your job with suitable suppliers, to generate AI scope and pricing suggestions, to send you email, SMS and in-app notifications about your jobs, and to detect misuse such as malware in attachments.
Who can see your details
Suppliers see only your suburb and city while quoting. Your street address, email and phone become visible to a single supplier once you accept their quote. Conversations are private between you and that supplier. Our administrators can access records where needed to support you or investigate security events.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal and dispute purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
